Blackened Tilapia with Secret Hobo Spices

HOLY COW!! Talk about spice, and I'm from South Louisiana... This was way too peppery, even for my taste! I couldn't taste the fish at all.

Salmon Fillets with Mustard Glaze

This was very tasty. I accidentally put a little more brown sugar in, but it was still very good. Didn't change a thing.

Mimi's Smoked Salmon Chowder

This is a 5 star recipe. Make it exactly as the recipe calls for, and YUM! It's low in fat, and tasty
