Chantal's New York Cheesecake
WOW !! Made two of these for my daughters birthday & Everyone Loved it !! I used the waterbath technique , sat the pan in an open top,rolled down` roasting bag and put it in the water & no cracking !! I did not leave it in the oven 6 hours to cool, as I read this can grow germs very quickly.
