I love experimenting with foods from other cultures and trying different recipes. I adore baking-- scones, cookies, cupcakes, etc. I'm a newlywed and love finding new recipes to try for dinner! My mom makes this amazing stuffing for Thanksgiving that's very moist and flavorful. I usually ask her to make it when we go to my parent's house for Christmas! I also have very fond memories of baking with my mom and nieces and learning how to make some of my favorite recipes now. I can make wonderful scones that my husband-- who can sometimes be fussy--says are better than the ones at the local coffee shop! I have also been told that I'm a fantastic baker in general. And I love to make Cornish hens and can make good soups in the crockpot. I tried to make mini treacle tarts for a Harry Potter party and they tasted horrible!
