All 8 of my family loved it, including the 3 and 5 year olds. I added grated carrots and a package of spinach when I added the sauce for a little more vege. I didn't have red wine so I used dry white. It was still incredible! In the last 30 minutes I threw in some ravioli's (it's what I had on hand) and it turned out wonderful. On leftover day I added a bit of water to make up for the water the ravs soaked up. The ravs don't get as mushy as regular noodles and the kids love them. Thanks so much! This will be a favorite in our Italian household.

One of the best breads I've ever made! I used unbleached all-purpose flour and it turned out great. Let my bread maker mix the dough and cooked it in the oven on a baking stone @375 for 30min. Brushed with olive oil and sprinkled with salt and a wee bit more rosemary. My in-laws raved!!! They are 100% Italian.

This recipe is wonderful. I did add a couple extra garlic cloves(there can never be enough garlic) and I also added a half jar of diced sun-dried tomatos. With the green spinach and the red tomatos it looked very festive. The tomatos also gave it a wonderful extra flavor. Love it! Will make it again and again for our Christmas spread.
