Spinach and Strawberry Salad
This salad was excellant as stated but the next time I made it I left out the sesame seeds and substituted 1/8 tsp. sesame oil and toasted almonds to the top and it was really outstanding. One of the best recipes I have tried on this website.

Grammy's Amazing Cheese Ball
I gave this recipe 4 stars because I stupidly only put half the blue cheese in it that was called for. I thought 8 oz. sounded like too much but I don't think it would be. I will definately try the recipe again with the proper amount of blue cheese in it.

Vegetarian Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Excellant. I made this recipe exactly as stated and was completly satisfied. Seems to me the "meatballs" could be used with different sauces as well
