I'm a mom to the BEST little boy in the world. I do finance for my day job. I have a wonderful man in my life who is an awesome daddy to our son and that completes our sweet little family. I love my two handsome guys!! I absolutely LOVE to cook, experimenting is my favorite..like to try new things. I learned to cook from my grandmother and my mom, our family is know for our cooking abilities, however, none of us have ever been to culinary school. We're naturals.. =) I love baking sweets.. I have a bit of a sweet tooth. I also like to bake breads. Holiday meals, there is always a spread no matter the occasion. I made a stuffed beef tenderlion for Christmas one year. I was so nervous about getting the cooking time right, and hopeful that it would tast good. It did! It turned out beautiful and absolutely delicious! I made a pan of home-made cinnimon rolls for my honey's work... tried a new recipe as I always do. Not really a good idea to try a new recipe when you are giving it to someone else, they turned out horrible!! I must of done something wrong with the dough... I was so embarrassed, but have since redeemed myself with many other goodies.
