I like to make favorite things for the kids come home with the grandchildren.
My cooking triumphs
Fixing an all Ukrainian dinner for the Kiev Symphony Orchestra and Chorus that were visiting. They loved the borscht and pelmini in particular. They were tired of American food by the time they reached Ohio and I was able to wow them with foods from home.
My cooking tragedies
Trying to make a vanilla pudding for 250 people that burned on the bottom and never thickened. It went down the drain!

Peanut Brittle
I just tried making this recipe and followed the recipe exactly as written. It was a total failure and had to be thrown out. What a waste of ingredients and time expended!
