Pepper-Topped Beef Sandwiches
This makes for a wonderful roast beef sandwitch. I prepared exactly as written. Toasted some deli rolls and topped with mayo, roast beef, and peppers. Easy and delish.

Sage Pork Chops
Hubs said this was the best pork chops ever. I omitted the salt, but then decided it did need a little afterward. Next time I will sprinkle each chop with a touch of salt. It was a great and easy meal.

Strawberry Cake from Scratch
Wonderful cake. I made it for my hubby's birthday. The only thing I changed was seperating the eggs and whipping the whites to fold in at the end. It has a great strawberry flavor.
