I am a recent college graduate of Ohio Northern University in Ada, OH. I am attempting to broaden my cooking skills and increase the kinds of dishes I can make. At the moment, I don't cook a lot of things. The Creamy Chicken Lasagna recipe on this site is my staple. Omelets are the easiest for me to make. I come from a hearty Italian tradition.
