My favorite things to cook
Seafood and game, Italian food, American food, Polish food, it doesn't matter, it's all good. I try to use the freshest ingredients in everything. Being a fisherman I use the finest quality of seafood imaginable, sometimes I cook seafood on the boat minutes after it comes out of the sea.

Stuffed cabbage, potato pancake balls stuffed with shredded ham and rice.

My cooking tragedies
They are hard to come by if you use only the freshest components and keep things simple letting the ingredients speak for themselves. One of my drawbacks is to put something in the oven, falling asleep and overcooking it
