Brunch Strata
This is not a strata as there are no layers. It tastes good though. I would leave out the ham and use more mushrooms next time.

Oriental Cold Noodle Salad
Excellent recipe. I like to add edamame and increased the carrots. Popular at parties too.

Greek Grilled Cheese
Modified this to a quesadilla instead. Great flavors. Thanks for the inspiration! Needed fresh herbs (basil and oregano) to bring it up a notch.
