Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
Very good. Used truffle salt instead of regular salt and wow it was amazing!

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken
I make this regularly, it is so delicious and so easy! Often chicken breasts are dry and this recipe provides a way to make them tasty. Too much butter though - I had to toss some because the coating couldn't absorb as much as was called for.
