Asparagus Potato Soup
Really delicious - doesn't even need the bacon and cheddar. I substituted fat-free evaporated milk for the whipping cream. I also decreased the amount of chicken broth by one cup to make it thicker. It important to really whisk the flour with the milk well before adding to the hot soup slowly while stirring.
