Vegetable Fried Rice
We loved it though we did add an egg along with the peas as other users suggested. I also added carrots with the onion and reduced the peanut oil by 1/2.

Silver's Savory Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
My family loved it. Very glad to find a recipe that doesn't use cream of something soup. We try to eat foods with short ingredient lists, mostly homemade.

Asparagus Potato Soup
Really delicious - doesn't even need the bacon and cheddar. I substituted fat-free evaporated milk for the whipping cream. I also decreased the amount of chicken broth by one cup to make it thicker. It important to really whisk the flour with the milk well before adding to the hot soup slowly while stirring.
