Clone of a Cinnabon

Some people have problems with the filling staying in the rolls, I melted the butter and poured it over the dough then added the sugar and cinnamon mix and smoothed it out. It worked out well and I had no problems with in oozing out. I've already got plans to make them again. The are easier to make than they look.

Taco Seasoning I

This is great. I've used it not only with taco's I put just a pinch on hamburgers to give them a kick, and sprikled on tomatoes for a salad.

5 Minute Candy Bar Pie

We have had this recipe for years now. We make it with kit kats. They get mushy if left overnight but we don't ususally have left overs.

Best of the Best Blueberry Muffins

I had trouble creaming the butter and sugar together, sugar just kept flying everywhere. I ended up first using my pastery cutter to chop the butter up fine. I made them in a small pan so I got 18 muffins, my husband gives them 5 stars he ate 12 in two days.

Spicy Rapid Roast Chicken

This recipe is so good. I had no problems with my oven smoking and it is not the cleanest oven. Can't wait to rub it on some chicken breasts and grill them this summer.

Cornmeal Coating

Not the best I've ever had but the best I've ever made. ;-) I left out the thyme and paprika and increased the red pepper to 1/4. It has a pretty crunchy coating when you use yellow cornmeal, less so with the white cornmeal, or at least my brand. It is so simple and easy we will be keeping this one.
