A very good, moist muffin! I added cinnamon and chocolate chips... yum! The perfect muffin to add your favorite things to!

These cookies are so yummy! I have decided to make them for our annual Christmas Cookie Bake day with my extended family. I also left out the raisins and added white chips. Another yummy option (that I haven't personally tried yet) would be to add 1 Tbsp. of grated orange zest to the cookie dough. I also used fresh cranberries because I didn't have any craisins on hand. I simply washed and chopped them and added them to the dough. I added about twice the amount of cranberries to the recipe.

My whole family loved this marinade! I put boneless chicken in the marinade for about 1-1/2 hours and then grilled it. The only thing different that I did was use canola oil instead of olive oil, but it still tasted amazing! The sugar really does add that extra touch.
