Very easy and very rich. I made these as part of a "thank you" treat bag that I handed out to a group at church, and this was definitely the most complimented item out of everything I made. I used a 1/2 inch cookie scoop to make the balls, froze them for about an hour, then rolled them with my hands to smooth out the rough edges before dipping in the chocolate. Drizzling with melted white chocolate makes them look fancier - everyone thought these were really complicated until I told them there are only 3 ingredients! That's my kind of recipe!
