Chocolate Yummies

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2009
These were great! Almost like S'mores. I made them using the oven/stove method instead of the microwave. I also broke the graham crackers into fourths when I put them in the bottom of the pan. When they got set up in the fridge, I flipped them out upside down on parchment and cut them apart where the seams of the graham crackers were. That makes them perfect finger food sized treats. Then I store them upside down in the pan so the graham crackers stay crispy (never tried them the other way). I also take them out of the fridge an hour or so before serving, so the marshmallow/chocolate part are softer. Everyone loves these!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2008
This recipe has gotten rave reviews from anyone I've ever served them to. I have made these about a dozen times and they have been excellent every time. I do use Saigon cinnamon that I get at the grocery store or Costco instead of regular cinnamon...as it really makes them taste more like Cinnabon. I also use the recipe for Amish White Bread from this site submitted by "Peg" instead of the bread recipe for these rolls. I make the dough in my bread machine. I have a child that is allergic to eggs...so a recipe without eggs is helpful for us. I haven't tried them with this bread recipe. My husband and kids love when I make these.
