Chile Garlic BBQ Salmon
I was too lazy to do the lime zest so I found a premade chile and lime marinade. This got an all around thumbs up in my household.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
This would have gotten 5 stars if it were not for the bread crumbs on top, that didn't sit well with my guests, but the recipe overall is a winner.

Honey-Mustard Baked Chicken
I enjoyed the flavor, especially the hint of curry. It is definitely a good idea to spoon some of the sauce on the chicken afterwards.
