Mary Anne's Carrot Cake
I made this cake for my daughter's birthday this week-end. She loves carrot cake but this was by FAR the best recipe we have ever tried. Absolutely perfect, moist and flavorful. Still getting raves and requests for the recipe! I wouldn't change a thing!

Famous Butter Chicken
This was the most tender chicken I have ever made in the oven. Both my husband and I loved it. I used smoked paparika for added flavor.

Ground Beef a la King
This was a very tasty dish with a lovely presentation. It was easy to make, dinner was on the table within about a half an hour but could really be a company dish. Will definately make again!
