I would have to say the time I learned NEVER to use cornmeal and starch to thicken up some chili! Lets just say a new crockpot later I knew what NOT to do.

Orange Juice Chicken
This turned out very good. Contrary to other reviews it had plenty of flavor. One change I made was to let the fish soak in the OJ for just a bit before prep. Would do it again.

Toasted Breadcrumbs
try this soak the bread sourdough in a lil fresh garlic and onion the dry it out and make crumbs..... killer
