Parmesan Tomatoes
I love this recipe,a little oregano is great, and for an extra twist I added thinly sliced black olives over the top before the final layer of cheese. everybody is right, the thicker slices work better.

Orange Buttermilk Salad
the first time I made this and my husband saw me adding buttermilk to a jello mixture, he curled up his nose and said"eeew". His first bite was tiny and was followed by a surprised look on his face. Now it is one of our favorites.

Round Steak Sauerbraten
A wonderful taste that doesn't have to marinate for a long time. I used the crock pot and added 1 cup beef broth , 30 minutes before it was done I added a little corn starch to make a thick gravey.Cooked 7 hours on low, served with baked potatos. The family loved it.
