Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Not as rich as my usual recipe, but definitely much healthier. I used lite butter, 1/3 fat cream cheese and FF milk. (No wonder it wasn't as rich!) My hubby prefers it over the usual rich thick one though. He would probably give it 5 stars.

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Best cookie EVER EVER EVER! I made some with raisins, some with butterscotch chips, some with chocolate chunks, but the best were my ultimates: raisins, butterscotch, and chocolate chunks. oh soooo good! I can't even make them again because I love them too much!

Pizza Dough I

I used this to make bread sticks and they were OKAY. The dough was more dense and chewy than I prefer though. good in a pinch. I like recipes that rise because you get more dough for your buck.
