Hot Artichoke Dip with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
I followed the recipe and it was the biggest hit at my last BBQ! A lot of folks were asking me for the recipe, thanks for sharing, I loved it!

Spanish Rice II
I made it just the way it's say's and I loved it. Next time I will try it with broth, cilantro, cumin & garlic.

Guacamole Cilantro Lime Cheeseburger
Best Burger I had so far! I didn't think the combination was to good sounding, but when I bit into the burger it was excellent! I also added the tomatoes to the Burger and it gave it a more juicy Burger, will try it the other way next time!
