Best Ever Split Pea

Dee-licious!! I used leeks instead of onions, and forgetting to buy celery, added extra leeks plus some green beans. Simple and very good!

Zucchini Soup I

Very yummy soup!...and easy to make too! I doubled the potatoes and omitted the potato flakes. Blending only half the soup adds texture and bits of vegetable for a hearty meal.

Cream of Mushroom Soup I

Good tasting soup. I found that the liquid content did not scale to 6 servings. Either double the recipe or add more broth.
