This is an excellent recipe, especially for someone who has never mad gumbo, and might fall into the 'add tomato' trap so frequently deployed by ignorance. Although, i substituted the celery for okra, and added a/b 2 lbs of shrimp. Came out great, even better the next day. My sister even came over to have some.
