I'm a single mom to a beautiful 6 year old girl named Bronwyn. We live in the country on the old family farm and are quite content here. We have 6 cats, 1 rabbit and 6 dogs plus a litter of 9 2 day old puppies. Guess what everyone's getting for Christmas! LOL!!! My favorite thing is baking! I love to make pies and breads the best and apparently everyone loves eating it all too! I have a recipe book my mom made for me many years ago in a notebook. It has our old family recipes typed in it and it means a great deal to me. The stuff in there has stood the test of time and is all delicious! The very first pie I made turned out beautifully with the most wonderful flaky crust! I attribute that success to the above mentioned family recipe book! It's not really cooking but I cannot make iced tea to save my life! No matter what I do, it's bitter or strong or whatever! Not drinkable anyway. It just kills me that I can do so well with so many other things but have to go to the store and buy Milos Tea! ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!
