Parmesan-Crusted Chicken in PHILLY Cream Sauce
I make this regularly for my husband who loves it! I use a dry white wine in place of the chicken stock for an even tastier sauce.

Salmon with Brown Sugar and Bourbon Glaze
Wonderful! Super quick-I added some soy sauce and garlic to cut the sweetness a little and I used crown royal since thats what I had on hand.

Bacon-Wrapped Chicken
Yum! Very good! The cream cheese doesnt ooze out like other cheeses. I will make this instead of traditional cordon blue from now on!
