Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli
I was surprised at how good this was! I left my broccoli in the oven on 400 for about 25 minutes. Served Italian dressing as dipping sauce, but it really didn't need it. :) Nice, light side dish!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
This was delicious and so easy! I followed the recipe, cooking the chicken cubes, 1/4 cup of margarine, and the dry Italian seasoning by itself for 6 hours and then added the cream cheese and chicken soup. I also threw in some fresh spinach leaves and mushrooms the last hour or so of cooking. Served over egg noodles w/ Cheddar Bay Biscuits (MMMM!) and broccoli. Delicious!

Our favorite burger recipe! And so easy! I typically add chopped onions and Worcestershire sauce to the meat.
