I love to cook everything, unfortunatly my kids dont allways enjoy the meals as much as me and mom my favorite things to cook are rustic and rural dishes they show the ability to produce foods with the most flavor and with the least amount of seasoning. thanksgiving has got to be my favorite time because food cures all and binds us together like a true family I got the privelage to work for the university of utah and chartwells during the 2002 winter olympics and getting to be recognized by the president of chartwell's for my work on their vegan program teaching myself how to cook at 9 and burning every pan in my mom's kitchen. then working for weber state university as board manager i got my days mixed up and the football team went without breakfast(sorry guys)
