Milk Chocolate Florentine Cookies
I LOVE these cookies! They are SO good. I always bake them for events, and people are always asking for more. If I don't bring them people are disappointed and ask why.

Mango Cardamom Bread Pudding
My bread pudding came out horribly! I think the mangoes I used were too ripe and juicy because after the bread pudding came out of the oven, there was a layer of mango juice on the bottom! I literally had to pour and scoop it out. I also didn't use cardamom, but instead used cinnamon and ground ginger like another reviewer suggested, but it was still very bland. It was quite embarrassing when I brought this dish to my church's annual Thanksgiving dinner and no one wanted it. :(

Fresh Tomato Shrimp Pasta
This recipe was amazingly good! I cannot stress the importance of fresh ingredients here- it makes a lot of difference. I used 1 1/2 tbsp of dried oregano though since I didn't have fresh ones on hand. I tripled the spinach and garnished the recipe with more basil. I used uncooked shrimp which I added right before the spinach. This was a big hit! I will definitely make it again. :)
