Portobello Mushroom Sauce

This is absoutley awsome. My friend and fellow OTT member Linda has informed me of a fat free 1/2 and 1/2 and I use that now instead of the heavy cream to reduce the fat content. nd low and behold I find no noticable difference in the taste or texture.

Potato Dumplings II

The ingredents here are base way too much liquid. But the idea is fine. Add the dry ingredents together and use just 1 egg. Then add milk (not water( a little at a time until you get a stiky dough and drop into boiling chicken broth or beef stew or ?.

Breaded Brussels Sprouts

These were absoutley fantastic. My wife and I love sprouts but the kids hate them. We tried these and they loved them also. Now we can all enjoy them together. T H A N K S I must share this with my cooking friends.They will love this too.

Enhanced Spaghetti

You really need to cover this and turn off the heat and let it says to do or you won't see much difference. I bring it to a boil and then cover and turn off the heat right then and let it sit 8 Min. Do not rinse and this is really good.. Use youre own spices, whatever you like. Just like his ketchup.

Oh boy, talk about slick. After doing one bottle one way I started playing with it and now we have 3 bottles of ketchup on the table, Mine, my wifes, and the kids. Each one different.

BBQ Bill's Citrus Smoked Chicken

This has to be the best smoked chicken anywhere. I have a smoker built from a old frige and it worked out perfectly for this. Slow smoked it and it came out so juicy, THANKS FACE this is keeper for sure.

I tried everything I could to save this but nothing worked. Not worth trying to tweak it again as there are some good recipes here and might as well stick with one that works. I think it is the brown sugar that throws this off.

Too bad the ratings only go to five stars! This is one of the best new ways to spice up a plain old hamburger that has come around in years. You HAVE to give this a try, if not for you, at least for your family and friends. Cooked over charcoal these were the absolute best burger we have eaten in years!!

Bill's Smoked BBQ Baby Back Ribs

These were sooooo tender and what a fantastic flavor. These were enjoyed by everyone at the family BBQ. Dear Dragngirle maybe you should smoke them and re-rate them as you stated. To cook them differently and rate it si low just isn't fair to this recipe. This is supposed to be SMOKED. Thats where the tenderness and flavor comes from.

Bill's Fried Bacon

Marvelous bacon! That sums it up in two words. As stated you can play with this and I have till my heart's content. I like to add a touch of cayenne pepper but my wife can't take it so I don't have it as often as I would like. Experment with this for you, this is great stuff and adds a wonderfull smell to the kitchen while it is cooking.

Scrambled Eggs Done Right

This is the best scrambled egg I ever had. So moist and fluffy. I have chopped onion and peppers and cooked them up some in a skillet and then added the egg mixture and cooked as stated and it make a wonderfull moist egg breakfast. He has a seasoned bacon recipe here also that goes great with these eggs.

Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Crabmeat

Being retired I save as much as possible on food without loosing flavor when I can. So I wound up using the imitation crab meat this time as the S/S check isn’t due for awhile yet. Some readers said it needed a little spice so I added a pinch or two of McCormick’s chicken seasoning. This meal turned out fantastic and I will splurge for real crab later in the month. Thanks for such a great chicken!

Quick Polynesian Chicken

As this stands it has no taste at all. Bland with a capitol B. You can play with it if you want to, and try to make something from it, or just try to save it. Thats what I did so I can't rate this any higher than a one as when I got done I didn't have this recipe anymore. So mush better to just find a better recipe.

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

If you don't try this chicken you have no idea of what a delecious dish you are missing. You MUST like garlic, but then you must allready be checking out the recipe from the name. This is something you must share with friends, it is that good.
