I let my wife handle the Lobster tails. (she don't cook often:) I cook an awful lot of chicken as it is cheap and there are so many many ways to cook it and change the taste. We go camping quite often so do a lot of cooking over a wood fire. At home we cook over a wood fire or use the grill.
