Baked Bar-be-que Chicken
Very easy and always turns out tender. I've used the same method to cook chicken with a variety of sauces.

Italian Cream Cake II
I used hazelnuts instead of the walnuts and soaked each layer with amaretto before frosting. It was amazing!

Broccoli Casserole
This was great! I used a 16 oz. bag of shredded cheddar cheese instead of the processed cheese spread and it turned out wonderfully!
