Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

So good- tastes just like the Toll House cookies!! I only used one stick of butter (1/2 cup) and just over 1 Cup of Chocolate Chips (sadly, it was all I had) and they still turned out GREAT!! They are so chewy and fluffy! The batter was not runny at all and was easy to form, I did not need to put in the fridge before I baked them. Last time I made them I messed up and did an egg white instead of an egg yolk, they were fine but now I can really tell the difference! Thank you!!!

BAKER'S Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Yummy to my Tummy!! I made a few modifications. I used 1/2 cup all purpose flour and 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour and used Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips instead of the baker's squares. The dough was so light and fluffy and the cookies were a delight in my mouth. As someone said, just enough of the PB, Oatmeal, and Chocolate- perfect combination of flavor!

Very good!! I used 1/2 c White Whole Wheat Flour and 1 cup All purpose and it was still very good! The Walnuts make it great!! I did one batch without nuts for my kids and they were not as good!

Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake

So yummy!! I did not have any graham crackers, so I used oreos instead and oh my gosh, soooooo good!!! It was my first cheesecake ever. I did the water bath and it did crack a little, but nothing too bad. I only had 15 caramels so can't wait to make again with the full amount b.c the caramel taste is so yummy with the chocolate! This is not too rich at all! Perfect!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

I like that it is easy to make. The taste was a little bland. I made some cole slaw and it made it much better. I really think the key is the type of BBQ sauce you use. I used a traditional sauce and wished I had used a spicy or sweet one. You can not taste the root beer at all, so really all you will taste is the sauce. The pork was VERY tender. I will make again and use a different sauce!

White Bean Chicken Chili

Got rave reviews yesterday at the tailgate! I found Rotel makes a can of tomatillios with Lime and Cilantro, so used two of those and one can of Diced tomatoes with green chilies. I used the salsa verde like others sugguested. I boiled chicken breasts and then shredded it. I cooked it all and then put in a slow cooker to simmer for several hours to let the flavors meld. I also added some white sugar to cut down the heat!
