Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
So good- tastes just like the Toll House cookies!! I only used one stick of butter (1/2 cup) and just over 1 Cup of Chocolate Chips (sadly, it was all I had) and they still turned out GREAT!! They are so chewy and fluffy! The batter was not runny at all and was easy to form, I did not need to put in the fridge before I baked them. Last time I made them I messed up and did an egg white instead of an egg yolk, they were fine but now I can really tell the difference! Thank you!!!

BAKER'S Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Yummy to my Tummy!! I made a few modifications. I used 1/2 cup all purpose flour and 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour and used Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips instead of the baker's squares. The dough was so light and fluffy and the cookies were a delight in my mouth. As someone said, just enough of the PB, Oatmeal, and Chocolate- perfect combination of flavor!

Chewy Oatmeal Cookies I
Very good!! I used 1/2 c White Whole Wheat Flour and 1 cup All purpose and it was still very good! The Walnuts make it great!! I did one batch without nuts for my kids and they were not as good!
