When entertaining, everyone knows they are my "guinea pig" for the evening. Some dishes are tried and true, some are experiments! I love duck and I absolutely love lamb. Sometimes it's hard to get my "guinea pigs" to experiment with me and try different things. One Thanksgiving I had over 45 family members over and my sweet aunt went and chopped up all the celery ahead of time for the stuffing. I forgot to put it in! The dryest stuffing we ever had!
