I was so dissapointed when I made this cake! I totally expected it to be AWESOME after reading all of the reviews. I used many of the changes suggested by other reviewers - 1/2 applesauce & 1/2 oil, 1 c brown sugar, 1 cup white, etc. However, mine turned out tasting kind of fishy (maybe from so much baking soda/powder?)and was almost too moist. It did taste a little better after sitting for a couple of days, but was definately not as good as I had hoped.
