This recipe was AWESOME! I doubled the sauce (I did use 2 packs of italian dressing mix, unlike some other reviewers). Then, I mixed the sauce with some fetuccini and some chicken bits. It was delicious!!! **Note: The first time I made this I did not double the sauce. It was the perfect amount for 2 people - no leftovers.

Crackers a la Yvette

Awesome! The only change I made was to reduce the oil to 3/4 cup to cut some calories. Even with less oil, they are still good!

Pastry for Double-Crust Pie

This was my first time to make a piecrust. It was awful. I went ahead and gave the recipe 4 stars because I believe that the quality of my crust was due to my lack of experience rather than the recipe being bad. I'll try it again and hope it goes better the second time. :)

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

I thought this was okay. Oddly, it was way too salty for me even though I usually like a lot of salt. My husband really enjoyed this recipe, which is why I have given it four stars. I'll only make this again if he requests it.

Spanish Rice Chicken I

I made this for dinner last night and my husband and I LOVED it! So easy and flavorful! My husband won't eat diced tomatos, so I left them out. I added another chicken breast, some onions (I used the frozen kind - super easy!), and a few jalapenos. Yum, yum - tastes great with tortilla chips! :)

Carrot Cake III

I was so dissapointed when I made this cake! I totally expected it to be AWESOME after reading all of the reviews. I used many of the changes suggested by other reviewers - 1/2 applesauce & 1/2 oil, 1 c brown sugar, 1 cup white, etc. However, mine turned out tasting kind of fishy (maybe from so much baking soda/powder?)and was almost too moist. It did taste a little better after sitting for a couple of days, but was definately not as good as I had hoped.
