Pesto and Pasta with Lemon and Shrimp
So good! I made this for lunch today it's awesome. Probably the best super simple recipe I've ever used. I used some dried pasta that I had in my cupboard and used lemon juice instead of peel since it's what I had on hand. I used precooked frozen shrimp and it turned out great. Great recipe for someone that is just learning how to cook and wants to easily impress someone. YUM!

Pasta and Herbs
I love this recipe! It's a great side dish and makes a great cold lunch. I'm not a big fan of olives so I make this dish without them. The only other change I made was using wheat pasta.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
I didn't think I would ever see my husband get so excited over soup but he aboslutely LOVES it. It's a great recipe as is, and it even works out well if you don't have bouillon cubes on hand and substitute it with chicken broth. Chicken broth weakens the flavor of the soup but it still tastes great!
