Raisin Oatmeal Cookies
Pros - definitely easy and quick to make Cons - quite bland, not very sweet (I would suggest adding more sugar), texture very cake-like and not chewy at all.

Blueberry Crumb Pie
YUMMY. Couldn't stop eating it. Added an extra cup of flour since comments said it was runny - perfect amount after cooling to room temperature (after baking, still runny, but when cool, solid)

Poached Salmon with Hollandaise Sauce
Really yummy, however, my sauce was really liquidy, since I read lots of comments about accidentally scrambling eggs. Next time will use sauce from a packet!
