The first time I tried this recipe my head was most certainly not into what I was supposed to be doing. First, I forgot to attach the little paddle until most of the flour had been added, so as carefully as possible I dug down in there and attached it. Then, as I was measuring the yeast into the only dry spot left in the flour where I could dig a little hole, I for some reason remembered the yeast container stating 'refrigerate after opening' the first time I used it. My next thought was "I didn't take this out of the refrigerator, so what..?" I was ever so carefully measuring Beef Boullion powder into that little hole. That whole mess went straight into the trash and I started all over again. This time I paid attention to what I was doing and made one mighty fine loaf of bread. I loved the flavor and the texture as perfect. I will most definitly make it again!
