Restaurant-Style Zuppa Toscana
This recipe is awesome. The substitutes I made were trying to have a little less calories but not changing the taste. I used hot turkey sausage for smoked sausage because in the resturant they use hot italian sausage. Can't even tell the difference between turkey sausage and italian sausage I also used chicken broth instead of water and soup base. It tasted so like the resturant soup. Next time I am going to substitute fat free half & half for the cream.

Phenomenal Chicken and Pasta in Creamy Pesto Sauce
My husband, mother, sister & I though this recipe was terrible. I'm not sure what the reason was. I followed it 99% except I did not have white wine and I used white zinvandel. I didn't think that would make that much of a difference.
