Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets
I did not read the reviews 1st because I was in such a hurry to fix dinner. I made it exactly and did find I was running out of the paste and it was not coated evenly. With that being said it was easy and it did get crispy - last piece nearly burned and my husband who dislikes fish actually ate it without using tarter sauce and liked it. I thought it was good but not great and I do like fish a lot. Will make again since this is the 1st fish recipe hubby will eat in 26 years.

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker
I used equal amounts of lite soy sauce, catsup, red wine, and brown sugar. I seasoned the chops with montreal steak seasoning and browned them before putting them in the crock pot. I left out the ginger and the extra salt. It was still too salty for my taste but made the house smell wonderful. My picky teenager loved it but picking out the bones was a bit much. If I try this again I will use boneless pork. The sauce was great with jasmine rice.
