Blue Cheese Crusted Filet Mignon with Port Wine Sauce
Delicious, my fiance said it was one of the best meals I've ever made. Added mushrooms to sauce, doubled it, and served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.

Artichoke Chicken
Phenominal...will make as often as possible. I also added garlic and sliced chicken sausage to the mixture, and breadcrumbs in the end. It was a huge hit.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
Delicious! I used salt, pepper, fresh minced garlic, worcestershire, and rosemary to season, cooked my 3 pound roast for 21 mins, and let sit for like 1 1/2 hours. It was juicy and delicious...we made it last night and just sliced the leftovers for sandwiches. I will always use this!
