Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad
This is a great recipe but I did decide to add a few more veggies. I added carrots, broccoli, edamame, and mango. Because I added more ingredients, I had to make a little extra sauce. With the extra veggies it makes an excellent meal all on its own!

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers
My husband LOVES these burgers and he's not one to order a turkey burger at a restaurant. I've made them several times and sometimes I add a thing or two but I always keep the basic recipe. I've added fresh basil, hot sauce, and I usually add Worcestershire sauce. The burgers have always turned out great. I'll probably be making them every week for awhile.

Pork Dumplings
This recipe is great as is! I did add a few shrimp and threw them in a blender with the rest of the mix for different combination and it came out well. The flavor is great. I made my own sauce by combining soy sauce, white vinegar, a little mirin, a little sesame oil, some chopped spring onion, a little fresh ginger and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Basically I just used what I already had from the recipe plus a few other items I had on hand- It was delicious!
