Best Tuna Casserole
Since Im the only one who likes Tuna Casserole in my house I halfed the recipe. I used 10oz of bowtie pasta,3 can of tuna, 1can cream of mushroom, half can milk,garlic,onion powder, half can of cream corn, 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, frech fried onions on top instead of chips and sprinkled soy sauce when done bakin. It was yummy and had no problem with it being to dry. Very creamy!!!

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
This was GREAT! Very moist and tender. Like others I added sage, poultry seansoning. The kids said it was the best turkey theyed ever had. Will make again!

Artichokes in a Garlic and Olive Oil Sauce
Very tasty!! I made a few changes. Omitted the butter and used extra olive oil, garlic, basil, diced tomatoes and a dash of rosemary. Also used couscous instead of pasta. Could be eaten on its own or add some chicken. Will make again.
