I looked up this recipe after realizing that I was out of the condensed tomato soup we usually use. Although I did not have tomato juice on hand, I substituted a can of tomato sauce, and it came out beautifully-- very rich and flavorful! I think I will ditch the old canned soup and use this recipe from now on! Thanks!!!

Very good chicken! Had a craving for capers and this was an excellent cure! Even the kids enjoyed it!
