Peach Cobbler II
This was good as written, but I did not read the other reviews before making. I really wanted more peach flavor and it was very wet. So next time I will follow the other reviewers suggestions and I think it will come out perfect. I also want to try it with blueberries.

Scottish Oat Scones
These were wonderful right out of the oven and warm, however I did not like them as well the next day. I will make them again for sure. The only thing I changed was I did not have dried currants so added dried chopped cherries instead. Yummy, thank you for the recipe

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese
Very creamy and easy to make. However my family wanted more spices and next time I think I will only do half sharp and half mild. It was a bit too sharp for my taste. We added some garlic salt at the table and that helped. I may make it next time with the half mild and add some garlic. Thanks for the recipe. Linda
