Brunch Scones
These were my first scones, and I don't have reason to try another recipe. My family and I love them. They are moist and tender. I used chocolate chips instead of currants, and substituted skim milk for whole. Delicious!

Strawberry/Rhubarb Crumb Pie
This was my first strawberry rhubarb pie ever, and it turned out incredible. My family swears it is the best pie they've ever tasted. I did add a couple tablespoons of cornstarch to thicken it up on the advice of other reviews

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies seem to be foolproof; I have made them numerous times with substituted ingredients because I was out of one thing or another, and they have never turned out badly! I used to have problems with them falling, but I lowered the temperature and cooked them for longer (about 15 minutes) and now they rise beautifully and stay that way. And they smell like heaven!
