Hot German Potato Salad III
We really liked this warm potato salad! It was the perfect blend of sweet and tangy. Perfect side dish for brats & kraut! It's a great alternative to roasted potatoes on the grill!

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini
Perfect! The only thing I would do differently is have crusty bread for dipping! This soup is AWESOME! :)

Fish Tacos
These were awesome! I don't like to fry at home, so I used frozen battered fish fillets and it worked out just fine!
