Creole Okra
For folks who think or have read that okra is too slimey to enjoy- try this recipe! I found this recipe delicious, a snap to make, and it's really healthy. I used a can of real Italian cherry tomatoes, fresh thyme, and added a bit more garlic, and it was wonderful. Okra-phobes, you won't regret trying this!

Billy's Favorite Smoky Collard Greens
This recipe was the best collard greens recipe I ever tasted. I agree, the liquid smoke is what made it work so well, and I also did not find it too sweet- the "sweetness" offset the slight, natural bitterness of collards beautifully, where there was no bitter taste left at all. This will work for any greens recipe. I will be using this recipe from now on, it's that addictive!

MInty Orzo and Peas
I really loved this recipe. It was easy to make, and it was a whole vegetarian meal for me, along with a fresh juice drink from a juicer. I picked the fresh mint leaves from my garden, and the oil from the lemon zest really made it come alive. You can't go wrong with this simple, healthy, and elegant dish.
