Roasted Duck
Excellent! right this minute my husband and I are picking away at this duck. The skin is crisp, flavorful and to die for!

Chipotle Lemon Bars
This recipe is excellent!! This is the first time I ever made lemon squares and my husband went crazy over these. The chili powder gives it something extra special. I had to substitue some orange marmalade because I didn't have enough of the apricot and it was still excellent!

Golden Sweet Cornbread
I added 1 cup of frozen blueberries and baked it for about 10 minutes extra in a 9x9 glass pan. Excellent both times I made it. I haven't made it without the blueberries, yet.
