Grilled Salmon Steaks with Savory Blueberry Sauce
Very nice but I would use less vinegar next time. We only had cranberries available and used them, turned out well.

Rosemary Braised Lamb Shanks

Herbed Lamb Chops
Ends up with a strong and bitter vinegar taste. Totally overpowers the taste of the lamb.
